Facebook Support

Yesterday my “wall” on Facebook wasn’t showing.  As you can imagine this was equivalent to the world ending.  So after snooping around to no avail I decided to email the Facebook support staff on the off chance that they might help.  Now considering the size and popularity of Facebook I wasn’t expecting any kind of response.  So imagine my suprise when I get an email in my Facebook folder from Clive a FB Customer Support Representative telling me that “the problem should now be resolved”.  Sure enough it was.
