If Bill Gates ate Chomps

Following on from a discussion that I had last night with the boys I decided to work out how many Chomps Bill Gates could buy.

Based on the fact hat he earns about £615,815,303.20 a year [source] and Chomps cost 15p, that means that he could buy 4,105,435,354 (yes that is 4 billion) chomps a year.

Or 78,950,679 a week.

Or 11,278,668 a day.

Or 469,944 an hour.

Or 7,832 a minute.

Or 130 a second.

If Bill were to lay down all his chomps end to end then they’d go round the world 10 times.

I think that all wealth should now be measured in chomps per second. Bill Gates is the clear world leader, and to put it into perspective the average person in the UK is on 0.004 chomps per second.
